For me, good customer service starts with the estimate. That's why I prefer not to  use computer quotes. They are not fair to the customer or to me.

About Quotes

It's fair for a customer to ask for a quote. However, to think that a residential painting contractor can produce one instantaneously is not fair. Unfortunately, the contracting industry has promoted this silly notion with disastrous results.

I never have used a computer to figure a quote.

• How can a computer know the condition of your walls without seeing it?
• How can a computer know the extent of the peeling paint on the exterior of your home ?
• How can a computer talk with you about what it is you want with your home renovation?

It can't.

That's why I won't do them. When you get a quote from me, it's genuine. I come to your residence and review the project you want completed. Then I calculate the cost--in real dollars and cents.

And I stand behind my quotes. There are no add-ons or switch ups unless you make a change to the scope of work.
